Inspired by Boyd's Bay Bridge and the shifting waters of the Tweed River below, this work explores the relationship between structure and landscape. Layers of colour and gestural marks evoke reflections, movement and memory, capturing the feeling of crossing a familiar place rather than documenting it. The bridge emerges as a quiet thread through the composition, connecting moments, places and stories carried by the river.
